Round 5 - 1 ThrowingStars Way

Ok, so finally i didn't forget JAR at this house. In order to tell you about jar, i must first tell you about the Alvins. As you know there are 2 adopted Alvins in this house - the older grew up last time and rolled Romance and the younger grew up this time and strangely enough also rolled Romance. I sent the older Alvin off to college and forgot to take the picture.

The JAR for this time was to create a Grilled Cheese sim. I sent younger Alvin on a really bad date and it ended in horrible. Once in red, i sent him to the reprogrammer:





Mmmmmm....grilled goodness!

Now Iama has been trying to get the Wishing Well for a while now and this happened one night that he was trying to get his garden ready for an inspection:

I had Iama give birth to a plantsim - a boy named Shrub:



The family also adopted Edith, she has got to be the prettiest sim I've ever seen in my game:

As it seems to have become a bit of a pattern in this hood, all family sims are calling up the matchmaker for an expensive dates to find their mates for life. Kaylynn is no different; she calls up the matchmaker for a date and...well...




AAAHHH! Vince Jalowitz! Now this may seem like a weird reaction to you but I haven't posted anything about all the trouble this boy has been causing around the hood. Yeesh. He is a male teen version of Marsha! Well, perhaps growing him up at Uni will end the annoyances in my hood.

Round 5 - 1 Camelot Lane

Thankfully Jason stopped being buggy this round and grew up the first day.



Lancelot and Arthur get their first kisses with Mackenzie and Arcadia respectively.




This round several teens move out to university. Here are Lancelot, Gwen, Emily and Arthur leaving. I also moved Arcadia and Mackenzie to uni with Lancelot and Arthur from the uni menu.






Meanwhile, Jane grows up into an elder.

Round 4 - 2 Camelot Lane

Ok, so I forgot the JAR for this house...again!

So lets get all the grow up pictures outta the way. Here are the toddlers who grew up to children:

Now this round money was a little tight and since Dawson (the only one employed) only works 3 nights a week, I had to send my simmies out to work on community lots. Here is Jeannie tending the bar and Dawson rockin' the DJ booth:




Pixel and Byte move to university early. There are just too many sims in this house so i moved out Pixel and Byte. The family can't afford a bigger house right now and the one they have now would require a total renovation in order to fit all the simmies for which they do not have the funds.



I had Java call the matchmaker to get him a good date, despite the family's low funds, I had him spend about 4000 simoleons so he may find his mate for life. Down falls Meadow Turner with 2 bolts for Java. They will be going to college together.



And we leave the house with this lasting image...sigh, it must be something about the Knight blood; Dawson autonomously joy buzzed Alvin Ninja who one of the teens had brought home from school, just the same as the founders. Yeesh!

Round 4 - 1 ThrowingStars Way

As i mentioned in my last post, some of the houses in my hood are getting buggy. As far as i can tell its the lotsync timer that's been causing it. I know others use it without any problems, but, well...its making my game stupid so i had to uninstall it. The houses remained buggy so i finally had to move this family in the middle of the round. That means this family gained a few days but lets face it, they are so far behind the Knights right now that it really doesn't matter. the only difference it makes is that Iama Ninja aged to elder in the middle of the round rather than at the end like Iametha did. The teens are off to college a little bit sooner as well so they will be played out and graduated at the end of the next round when the teens from the Knights will have just left for University. The way i'm making my rounds is that when a new house (or uni lot) gets added to the list, they don't get played until the next round so the Ninjas went to uni in round 4 so they won't be played until end of round 5. They will graduate round 5 so when they move back they won't be played until the end of round 6. The Knights teens lose one round - i hope this makes the two houses a little more even though, i still don't think it will make much difference - there are simply too many Knights.

Anyway, this round was primarily children being adopted, children growing up to teens, teens skilling up for college and then leaving for college. So, lets start by getting the JAR out of the way.

The JAR for this house was to have a sim with low creativity freestyle for tips. I really didn't feel like taking a trip to a community lot so i just had the household gather around my sim Daisy with only 1 creativity point and after she got laughed at and received no tips, she stopped.

Noelle, Bria, Ben and Elle moved to college this round. I haven't gone into Uni to set them up because i'm not sure who is going where. None of these teens are bringing any of their teen friends to college with them. Noelle and Ben moved just a few days before their birthday but Bria and Elle were moved early because they had skilled up enough and weren't really doing much else. I decided to keep the older Alvin behind for the 8 days he has remaining and just making as many adult friends as he can so he can fulfill his LTW of 20 lovers quickly. Also, i haven't done a romance lover's marathon in a year so i'm getting myself all set up for it! LOL. Here he is, taking the time to romance a girl his own age. Alvin gets his first kiss from Lakshmi:

Round 4 - 1 Camelot Lane

This round was absolutely insane. It took me forever to get through it. There are simply too many sims in this house! lol. Anyway, a lot happened in this round including a buggy baby. I hope he is fixed by the time i get back to the house.

We start off with me being taken completely for surprise when the social worker shows up in the morning; I had completely forgotten i called them the last time. So anyway, here is the newest adoptee for this house - Elise Knight.



I did remember that i had invited the headmaster and that he was showing up that very evening. Here is the headmaster...with a mohawk??? What kinda snoty private school is this?




Lancelot quickly greets the headmaster who seems to think that in fact Lancelot is the one with the funny hair. Despite this, the visit is a swimming success.




That night, Emily grows up and rolls Popularity. (I was hoping for romance, my favorite aspiration). Isn't she a beauty!

That evening, kids bring home a bunch of friends and Lancelot falls for Emily's new friend Mackenzie.



He spends the next few nights talking to her on the phone, during with this happens:

Arthur grows up and rolls fortune and Gwen rolls up pleasure.




Oh, did I forget to mention that Kendra was pregnant again? Oops. Oh well, its baby time. Please welcome Jason, who ends up being super buggy near the end of the round and somehow gets deleted. I reloaded the lot to find him by the mailbox and he doesn't age up like he is supposed to. *crossing fingers for next time I visit the house*




The JAR for this round was to use the karoke machine while on a date and here are Emily and Trevor:




Gwen's LTW is 50 first dates and I get her started right away. She reaches 30 first dates by the time I'm done with her for this round. I'm not going to do anymore while she is still a teenager because I think she's been on a date with just about every male and female teen in the hood. Here is her first 1st date, the paper boy:



In typical male fashion, Lancelot tries too hard, too quickly and gets rejected for his first kiss with Mackenzie. I've never seen this before and it cracked me up how the hearts rose and promply dropped to the floor.



Merlina and Elise grow up and both roll Knowledge. (Darn! Not a single Romance sim in my game yet!).




And lastly, Iametha grows up to an elder (though you may not be able to tell from this pic). He is my first elder in the hood. It saddens me to see him growing old.
